This booking site link is a combination of a vendor application & booking / payment platform.
Payment of vendor fees does not guarantee approval for the market(s). Please provide full details about you, your business, your products and include website links, social media accounts etc.
Erin Hill Acres management will review all applicants in a timely manner and reply to every applicant. When an applicant is declined, they vendor fee payment will be promptly returned to them as a credit on the card that was used to make the “Application Booking”.
We select and approve vendors based upon various criteria. We attempt to limit duplication of products, services and this is why we need full information in the application.
Sharing of a booth isn’t permitted , nor is adding extra products or items that don’t fall within the applicants core business and details provided during this application.
Preference may be given to those vendors that apply and pay first, however this is not guaranteed.
Our objective is to have artisans, small business, hand made and Ontario produced items and services presented at our markets. We strive to help vendors succeed and for our attendees to enjoy the experience at the farm.

Admission to the farm for 2 attendees per booth

Vendors are responsible to bring thier own tent, table, chairs, displays etc.
Power is not available.

The exact itinarary for each market event may be different.
Vendors are required to arrive at the farm between 7am and 8am and begin setting up at the designated location. The EHA team will be here to provide guidance.All vehicles, trailers etc are to be removed from the market area by 8:45 am and parked n the designated vendor parking area. Details will be provided.
The farm closes at 5pm, vendors are not able to remove tents or table while the farm is open. Vehicle traffic is restricted until after the event is over.

Tent, table, chairs, product, displays, business cards, payment processing capabilities including cash.
There is public wifi available at areas around the farm. Not every location is guaranteed to have coverage- be prepared for any situation.
We are an outdor venue and operate in all weather. Come prepared for whatever Mother Nature has in mind.

Vendor Approval and Pricing Policy
Erin Hill Acres reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor application at our sole discretion to ensure a high-quality, balanced market experience.
The Erin Hill Acres team review all vendor applicants in a timely manner. Payment does not guarantee acceptance to the market(s).
Every applicant will receive a confirmation of the “Booking & Payment” of the vendor fee(s)
Once the team has made a determination on the applicant they will be emailed whether approved or not pproved.
Please note: Any vendor whose application has not been approved will receive a 100% refund of any fees paid.
Vendor spaces for businesses selling similar or overlapping products will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early application to secure your spot.

$125 per event (single-event rate)

We are a farm. If you are booking one of our outdoor activities, please note that we operate in ALL WEATHER conditions. You are booking admission for an experience that is on a specific date & time. Tickets are non- refundable and non-reschedulable. We do not move tickets due to inclement weather, illness etc. Thank you.
